Not Your Typical 50/50
Most crab feeds run a 50/50 raffle. Tidelands runs 80/20 — 80% of every pool is paid out across multiple winners, poker tournament style, so more guests walk away with something. Entries are $50 each, available the night of the supper.

Blue Oak Finance LLC is a Stockton, CA-based land investment fund focused on Northern California. The firm identifies and acquires undervalued rural land, and hosts 209 Tidelands as part of its community presence in the region.
Entries are $50 each. Unlike a typical 50/50 raffle, 80% of the total pool is paid out — split across multiple winners in a tiered payout, similar to a poker tournament — rather than a single winner taking half.
The $100 seat includes crab, top-shelf pours throughout the supper, and live entertainment. Drink ticket bundles (4 for $30) are an optional add-on for guests who want to skip the bar line.
